you have melodies

but your drums need more composure space them out a bit more (meaning claps and snares) the snare roll is fine....it sounds like your trying to do too much at one time...once you get that down you'll be fine...i hear alot of potential in you

slow the beat down

I love the melodies in this beat mos def. What I can say is slow your tempo down by at least 10-15 bpms and sound like more of a rock ish type track with a light break of hip hop.
